Luckywhitegoods.com ships to addresses within the Sydney City area, we currently do not ship outside the Sydney. All the deliveries within Sydney are free of cost. For orders outside Sydney Shipping charges for the order will be calculated and emailed after checkout.

RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGE: You can arrange it to be exchanged for a similar product, or return it For the Refund. Just sent us an email for exchange. If you contact us within 24 Hrs. of your appliance delivery,
Appliance will be picked by our delivery team on return request.
Our policy lasts 30 days for used appliances. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return the Appliances will be first inspected by our technician and Repaired if the issue is minor. Customer will be sent a replacement on the customer’s advice or refund will be processed if needed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return request is deemed unreasonable, our normal replacement services apply within 30 days from delivery, you can still request a return, but a 20% re-stocking fee will apply, provided the products are returned in accordance with these conditions.
After 30 days we do not accept returns for change of mind.
